"The Chateau is lovely and an experience in and of itself. The grounds and views were gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully updated and comfortable. Finding the property was a little tricky the first time as our GPS took us on the wrong road. You are about a 10 min drive to Amboise. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The property was picturesque from the delicious breakfast in the courtyard to a glass of wine looking at the Loire River. Large comfortable rooms, easy parking, convenient to Amboise and Tours. I was traveling with my 21 yo son and we were both sad to leave! "

"Beautiful quiet location. We opted for the evening meal which was delicious, fish on a bed of Moroccan vegetables, three cheeses and lemon tart for dessert, all washed down with a very smooth red wine, bread and water also included, would definitely recommend. Bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom both a good size. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was typically French and sustained us through. Would without a doubt return here if we are again in the region."

"We stayed here during a family trip down to the Dordogne. It's an excellent half way point. Léa and Pierre were lovely hosts and the property was full of character. "This was a very disappointing stay. First of all it was difficult to find(google maps takes you to an apartment block!) and if looking fir a golf course as in a previous review states, the nearest one is 3miled away! It is on a housing estate and an hours walk from Tours centre. The villa itself is beautiful. However the owner has little English and it is difficult to find him when you need him! We were not given a WiFi code and had to ask about parking and code to get back in at night. The bed...

"Beautiful quiet little get away but you definitely need a vehicle. So quiet and romantic and the host was lovely. You feel like you are in a remote village but really are only 15-30 minutes from some great castles."

"What an incredible coincidence! We stayed at this same hotel in the same room 8 years ago! Last time, the little bed in the corner wasn’t necessary for a couple, but this time we came with our 2 year old son who loved sleeping in his first real bed! The new indoor pool is a luxurious addition since our 2016 stay and this time we splurged for the in-room breakfast, which was so copious and delicious that we haven’t been hungry for the rest of the day! More than worth the additional charge! "
