This large, spacious holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is on the first floor of a detached holiday home in Neuhaus near Lavamünd, near Völkermarkt and Wolfsberg in Carinthia, quietly located amidst fruit trees, fields and the adjacent forest.

This holiday apartment offers 2 large bedrooms, one of which is an old granary from the 18th century which has been completely restored and integrated into the house, a children's room with bunk beds, a bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna and a gallery. Parking is available directly at the holiday home.

Neuhaus near Lavamünd in Carinthia is a municipality in the Völkermarkt district and is located about 4 km from the Slovenian-Austrian border. The area is known for beautiful hiking and cycling tours. The nearest bathing lake is the natural bathing lake Lavamünd (approx. 3 km), and Lake Klopeiner See can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. You can ski either in the Petzen ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes or in the Koralpe ski area in the Lavanttal with 18 kilometers of slopes and 5 lifts.

Directly in the town, in Wolfsberg or in Völkermarkt there are sufficient shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Very nice and comfortable family appartement. We loved out stay here. It is cosy, clean and compleet. The surroundings are quite and rural. Nice Walking and the bearded is close. Kids Will love it here.

Wat een fantastisch huis met alles erop en eraan. Buiten ook prachtige (overdekte) zit plek waar je kan bbq'en. De kinderen (2 en 4 jaar) hebben zich hier goed vermaakt met de ruimte die in en om het huis aanwezig zijn. De verhuurders zijn vriendelijke en je kan ze alles vragen.

Wow 🤩 wat een pareltje is dit. Een mooie rustige accommodatie met alle gemakken voorzien. Zeg het en het was er!!!! De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt met al het speelgoed en de trampoline. Buiten lekker eten in de overkapping. Echt een aanrader als je van rust en niet te toeristische plekjes houdt.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Gallerie, mit den ganzen tollen Spielsachen, ist einfach nur ein Traum für Kinder. Gerne haben wir den Kamin genutzt. Die Abgelegenheit hat uns sehr zugesagt.

Eine super saubere, schöne, ruhige und gepflegte Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist super und der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Er macht Vorschläge für Touren in die Umgebung, die für jeden etwas bereithält. Eine gute Adresse und Standort für viele unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten (wandern, schwimmen, Tropfsteinhöhlen, Radfahren ...).

Ein unglaublich schönes Objekt, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir sind mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (1,5 und 3,5 Jahre) zwei Wochen dort gewesen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist eine sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit einem Dachgeschoss, dass jedem Kleinkind die Augen zum Leuchten bringt. Wirklich klasse! Zusätzlich liegt der Hof in einer Sackgasse und ist eingeschlossen vom Wald, wodurch man die Kinder auf dem Hof spielen lassen kann und auch sonst seine Ruhe hat. Auch auf dem Grundstück ist alles sehr gepflegt und ebenfalls für die Kinder ausreichend zum Toben und Spielen vorhanden. Jedes Elternteil weiß, wie wertvoll es ist, wenn man mal 5 min auf einer Liege seine Ruhe genießen kann, ohne ständig auf die Kleinen zu achten. Ein großes Lob auch an die Vermieter, sehr herzlich und freundlich. Alles top! Wir können die Unterkunft voll und ganz empfehlen.

Als wir ankamen war bereits alles fertig obwohl wir eine Stunde zu früh waren. Der Hof liegt sehr schön abseits des Ortes zwischen Wald und Hügeln.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Peter. Via een trap kwamen we in de vakantiewoning en deze woning is ruim! Netjes en modieus ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is compleet ingericht, de badkamer is netjes met genoeg kastjes om je spullen in op te bergen. Drie ruime slaapkamers en ook nog een hele grote open zolder waar kinderen kunnen spelen. Alle ramen hebben horren. De woonkamer heeft een grote zitbank. Wi-Fi werkte prima. Het bed lag heerlijk. In het zwembad konden we lekker afkoelen. Ook ideaal dat we de wasmachine konden gebruiken. Het was heerlijk rustig in een mooie omgeving. Boodschappen deden we bij de Lidl in Slovenie. Kortom, we hebben geen enkel minpunt kunnen bedenken. We hadden een relaxte super vakantie!

In de buurt is er weinig te doen voor kleine kinderen. Verder het huis is prachtig genoeg speel dingen voor kinderen. Ligging is perfect heerlijk rustig op de berg. De eigenaar is een hele vriendelijke man.

Die Gegend ist etwas zu ruhig gewesen als erwartet aber im allgemeinen hat uns die Wohnung sehr überzeugt. Beide Räume waren eigentlich schön, aber die eine aus Holz mit Rosa details war wirklich ein Traum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gab sehr viele Spielzeuge für Kinder. Sogar ein Babybett und Hochstuhl gab es. Einziges Manko ist es sind sehr viele Flieger im Wohnung obwohl die Jahreszeit kalt ist. Ich kann es aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

It has been a pleasure to spend these almost 2 weeks by Peter's. He was a wonderful host and we were pleased to meet him as his first french guests. Kârnten and nearby Slovena are worth the trip and we'll come back with pleasure!

Eine sehr großzügige und schöne Wohnung. Spielecke und Sofa auf der Galerie, Kamin (+Holz), großes Sofa (Wohnlandschaft. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele angenehme Extras um die sich die Vermieter bemühen, die zudem sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert sind. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Sauna ist wunderbar, mit einem Vorraum in dem man sich ausgezeichnet entspannen kann. Es werden extra Handtücher bereitgelegt.

Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben, 7 Sterne sind es aber wirklich. Der Turnerhof ist großartig, die Fereinwohnung ein Traum. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet, so dass man am liebsten bleiben möchte. Die Kinder wären gerne eingezogen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann sofort loswandern (oder pilgern). In der Umgebung gibt es alte Burgen und Klöster, Berge zu besteigen oder Höhlen zu erkunden. Die Landschaft ist wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind mehr als herzlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden bestens umsorgt und super-gastfreundlich betreut. Die Kids liebten die Traktorfahrten mit Peter. Man kam als Gast und ging als Freund! DANKE Peter für alles.

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der Gastgeber ist ein außerordentlich liebenswerter Mensch der wirklich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist ein Traum. Die ländliche Idylle, die Ruhe und das schöne Panorama machen diese Ferienwohnung echt zu einem sensationellen Erlebnis. Die Wohnung selber wurde mit viel liebe zum detail renoviert und man fühlt sich echt Sau wohl. Alles in allem war das sicher nicht der letzte Besuch dort.
