"This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."

Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. "This room was beautiful, and located close to everything. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff was kind. We LOVE Baden Baden now, and we would stay here again, we walked to the bath house, the Main Street, the garden. It’s a short drive from a waterfall with a little bit of hiking in the Black Forest and also castle just a short distance. Dining has a ton of options and many places take a credit card. Notes: there is no air conditioner but there is a fan. Parking is in a garage a few doors down from the hotel, and costs extra. You can pay for parking with a credit card but must have cash euros to out the parking card deposit. There are a couple of bars next to the hotel that can get loud, but it wasn’t bad. "

"The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked. "
