"Air conditioning was not working properly. Beds and pillows were most uncomfortable I have ever slept in a hotel. Bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood. We went to the sports bar to watch the World Cup and they weren’t playing any games. We went across the street to the Marriot hotel to watch games in their sports bar."
