"The cottage is beautiful, cosy, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. It is in a great location just 5 minutes walk to the bustling high street with lovely restaurants, shops and cafes. The Old Dairy tap room is just over the road and down the hill near the steam railway. The Vine pub opposite is lovely and really friendly and the Indian restaurant, Banjara, opposite was excellent. Julia is a lovely host and was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you."

"Loved every single thing about staying here: wonderful accommodating host, PERFECT location right next to high street and The Pantiles, gorgeous garden to sit in, extremely comfortable bed and couches, gorgeous bathtub, adorable little lane to walk on, and just the most beautiful view over Tunbridge Wells. "We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. "
