The spaces inside are well appointed with no details missed and the whole home feels like a luxury resort. We had the best time, if not for the adults wanting to explore the island the kids would have been fine swimming and hanging out at the house. "We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa Orient Bay! It was myself, my husband, and our 2-year-old son. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, and the pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing, especially with a toddler. Unfortunately, during our visit, Orient Bay was quite windy and wavy, with a fair amount of sargassum, so we really appreciated having access to such a great pool. The location is excellent—just around the corner from the charming Orient Bay village, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. There's also a convenient supermarket nearby. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The hotel was super clean and the grounds were beautiful… very well taken care of. Housekeeping only comes once during your stay (on Mondays) While we would have preferred daily the hotel is more than happy to provide you with anything that you need in the meantime. We had a minor issue with a bad sewage smell, that was in the hallway outside our room. The manager took the time to address it, provide a timeline and did improve the situation, which we greatly appreciated. The location is great, but you will definitely need to rent a car to get around. Also, be careful driving up…there are some major potholes on the road leading to the hotel (not the hotels fault, just a heads up) All in all, we were really happy with our stay. The service was excellent, everyone was so kind, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!"
