"One night stay before a week long fishing trip. Picked this hotel on price and the fact it is gated. A little out of town but supermarkets, bars and restaurants not to far away. It was good for our needs as we booked it as a group of friends. Room was clean and the bed is big and comfortable. Shower room is best described as what you would find on a cruise ship but served it's purpose. Paid extra for the continental breakfast which was good, A bit of choice and replenished before anything run out. Would stay here again as we have booked to come back in 2028."
Charming gîte with swimming pool in park approved as a remarkable garden

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful estate. The swimming pool, tennis courts and grounds are fabulous. Make sure to explore the woodlands which includes a war bunker. Plenty of superb wildlife and great walks for your dog. We loved seeing the swallows dipping into the pool and coypu's feeding on the pears. We also saw a heron and other wonderful birds. The gite is basic but clean with everything you need including wifi. This is a very remote place and the nearby villages are limited. Especially if you have an EV car as there is no immediate charging point. Bar Le Duc is nearest 30 mins away. There is a small Lidl and InterMarche ten minutes away but you will need to drive. Think the best time to visit would be in June when sunflower fields are in bloom. The chateau is full of history and host was kind. Great value for money but be prepared that you will need to travel if you want restaurants etc."

"Hébergement atypique, décoré avec soin,très cosy , très propre . Acceuil très chaleureux , merci Annie , ce fut vraiment un grand plaisir de faire votre connaissance, vos attentions sont adorables , je n'ai pas eu le temps de vous dire au-revoir, je le regrette. Voyage ressourçant, c'était le but . Je recommande très fortement cet endroit ."

"My family of 5 had a great stay with a large 3 double bedroom appartment which was very clean and had everything we needed. Herve was an excellent host and really looked after us and the super breakfast kept us going for hours. Highly recommend. Thank you"
