10/10 Excellent

"My initial complaint is the introduced Parking Charges which is out of order, especially since you have NO ALTERNATIVE place to go, any other place you go it is part of the Booking... Breakfast is something to get up in the morning for with a great selection - our dble bed twin room on the upper floor was spacious, quiet & a real pleasant night - always enjoy the Gym and Pool (steam room, jacuzzi). Pricing could be a little bit better but well wo "

10/10 Excellent

"Staff couldn't be faulted. Room clean and as described. Breakfast was great, staff at breakfast were lovely. Pool was a great extra and again the staff there were helpful and thoughtful. Location was handy for us. Overall this is a great hotel especially for what we paid the value back is excellent. The only aspect I didn't mark fully was amenities just as parking was tricky, don't get me wrong there are plenty of spaces its just busy.... thats not a bad thing, some parts of the car park could do with a wee resurface ."
