"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. "Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

"I enjoyed my stay, the location was in walking distance to the city centre and transport. Just minor things like the shampoo and handwash bottles were practically empty, and the air-conditioner had clean filter warning. When i mentioned this to her she said all the rooms have that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend."
