In the medieval village of Nesso, just a short walk from the lake, you’ll find this accommodation with a stunning view of the lake!

The property is conveniently located near free on-street parking (both free and metered, though spaces are not guaranteed), grocery stores, restaurants and pizzerias, a pharmacy, and an ATM.

You’ll also find nearby bus stops and ferry stops for Como or Bellagio. All amenities are within walking distance.



The 39-square-meter apartment, with a stunning lake view, is a loft-style studio with exposed beams, accessible via two separate entrances.

It is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.

The first level measures 28 square meters and includes a living room with a kitchenette that can be converted into a sleeping area with two sofa beds—one double and one single—and a separate bathroom with a shower. There is a decorative fireplace (not functional).

A spiral staircase leads to the second level, where there is a 9-square-meter loft space used for additional purposes.



The house can accommodate up to 3 people:

- 2 on the double sofa bed

- 1 on the single armchair bed



Amenities: Wi-Fi, independent heating, satellite TV, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, moka pot, electric oven, fixed ceiling fan with blades, clothes drying rack.



Note: Not suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

Free parking is available about 200 meters away; during peak season, it can be difficult to find.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of €1.50 per person for stays of up to 7 nights from April 1 through October 31, as required by the Municipality of Nesso. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Como Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
