Bra men lite slitet hotell.

Bra hotell lite utanför själva partycentralen. Tryggt och säkert men slitet. Min balkong hade hotellets AC-aggregat utanför så ljudnivån var allt annat än angenäm. Bra men lite enformig mat. Mycket trevlig personal som tog väl hand om gästerna. (Bortsett från badvakten/Handdukskillen som var sjukt otrevlig.) Om man gillar All inclusive så är det ett bra hotell. Orten som sådan är otroligt turistig. Det finns bara massa hotell, barer och turistshoppar som säljer märkeskopior. I övrigt får man ge sig av och leta efter något annat att göra i städerna runtomkring. Gillar man dock att ligga på stranden, äta o drick en massa och bara chilla är detta stället för dig.

This is an amazing hotel with GREAT Chefs and Staff. Everyone was so friendly. The all inclusive was nothing short of 5 star. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sunny Beach.

If the Royal Palace Helena Park Hotel was an all inclusive cruise ship, it would be known as the Titanic not because of the level of service but the experience... -not issued wrist bands upon arrival and were refused drinks and when the bartender called the front desk they were told we weren’t untitled to drinks. Had to go back to front desk to get wrist bands -took numerous trips to the front desk to have the minibar switched over to the all inclusive package -air conditioning was shut down for the season so the room was 28 degrees -staff that just didn’t seem to know what they were doing, was very confused about what is included in the all inclusive package, the bar staff doesn’t know when the restaurant opens etc... They tout themselves as an ultra all inclusive, but they are far from it. This is suppose to be a 5-star resort, but in reality it’s more like a 3-star. Maybe we just got unlucky, but would not recommend this place to friends and would not stay there again.

For families with kids not for couples or solo

For families and kids resort, including the “ ultra all paid for” system and kids entertainment. No direct access to beach or even view of beach. A bit disappointing when it comes to room comfort ( ie Pillows, no robs, no slippers, laundry..etc). Not a 5 star hotel or setup.

I stayed here last summer. This year seems that maintenance and cleaning staff are also on holiday. Still nice place, friendly atmosphere.

comfortable hotel with nice outdoor and indoor pools, gym, welness center, sauna, several restaurants with variety of food. hotel is clean, has friendly staff. I loved the pool located in a nice yard, with the pool bar and a restaurant nearby. hotel is located in norther part of Sunny Beach in a quiet area. sunbeds near the thsea are also available by courtesy of the hotel.

A lovely hotel, that's big enough to have everything you need, but small enough to care. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff went out of there way to make our anniversary extra special. Some of our family are booked to go again in June.

Great hotel with great service. Good quality of the all inclusive buffets, with a lot of options. Very nice garden. Very close to the beach. The all inclusive wine is terrible. I wouldn't even call the red one wine.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful garden, large rooms , very close to the beach. We had an Ultra all inclusive packege , that supposed to include everything , but for some reason the Sauna and Spa area except the indoor pool were for extra charge. The food in the hotel is good, but everyday it was almost the same. We get a room upgrade for free and can say that the service is awesome. Real 5 star hotel , I will visit Helena Resort again.

Had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly, plenty of food to choose from and very tasty I only had chips 1 lunchtime. Hotel was very clean and I would definitely go back.
