"Front desk was inconsistently staffed. For a 2-night stay, I needed my keycard reprogrammed for the 2nd day. The only amenity was soap. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! On the plus side, Dena from Housekeeping was helpful!"

"The beds were too hard and the pillows were too small, short and thin. No coffee maker in the room. Cheap toilet paper. A dead bug in the shower. Price was good but you get what you pay for I guess."

"The pool was great along with the hot tub and sauna. The warm cookies at check-in were chocolate chip walnut oatmeal. The breakfast was delicious and I believe only $23 for two adults and our child had free buffet... Overall I paid a bit more for this hotel and it was more than worth it. Also has a great view of Wilkes-Barre on top of a hill, balcony room is a nice upgrade"

"We are traveling to Florida and stayed one night. Clean and great breakfast with delicious coffee! Only drawback the alarm clock went off at two am! Staff was very sincere. "

"Our room smelled horribly like cigarettes when we got there. We complained to the staff at the front desk. When we were out they sent someone into our room and they sprayed air freshener all over. That was their solution to the problem. It wasn’t the best."
