A quiet neighbourhood yet less than 15 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa consists of a bright living room with access to large furnished terrace overlooking the pool, a well-equipped open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. TV lounge with double sofabed , 3 double bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms , main bathroom has feature Jacuzzi bath. Property can accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room. Baby equipment can be hired, please contact direct and pay on arrival. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The property is on 3 levels. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, upper and lower terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds, a balcony off main bedroom with table and chairs, and a small barbecue. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 5 minutes. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket is 4 minutes. Walking distance to beach downhill less than 15 minutes. Nerja Playa Burriana. Pros: We’ve just returned from a weeks holiday here. The villa was beautiful, great layout and the pool was well kept. Would definitely return. The location was a very short walk to both supermarket and down to the beach.

Pros: Was lucky to stay at this beautiful villa in both August and September. It has a great pool with lovely outside areas. Inside the rooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Lynn went above and beyond to make our stay perfect .Nothing was too much trouble . Showed great understanding during the Covid Times. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful Villa.

Pros: There is lots of space indoors and a delightful outdoor terrace for al fresco meals. The location is very good. It is OK to walk to the beach or to Nerja town centre, but you need to be able to manage some pretty steep bits of road and steps. The nearby supermarket is big and modern (the villa has a shopping cart for use). Great kitchen. Good wi-fi. Also international satellite TV. Cons: The hills and steps that define Nerja stretched our oldest family member!

Otroligt charmigt boende, men bostadens standard motsvarade inte förväntningarna med hänsyn till priset. Trasiga utemöbler, utrustning för matlagning i mycket dålig standard, problem med vattnet avseende tryck och temperatur. Fastigheten upplevs sliten och är i behov av underhållsåtgärder för att kunna återfå den charm den förtjänar. Poolens vattennivå sjönk onaturligt snabbt, är i behov av åtgärd.

Pros: Allt som behövdes fanns i huset. Cons: Bevattningssystemet av de planteringar som var på innergården var knas och tömde ut så mycket vatten att det rann in i bottenvåningen vid ett tillfälle.

Pros: Lynn h sido muy atenta y respondía muy rápido a nuestras preguntas. La casa es maravillosa, tal y como se ve en las fotos (la piscina incluso más grande de lo que parece). Nos recibieron cuando llegamos del viaje y nos dieron todo lo necesario para pasar una semana increíble. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Pros: Het was vrij koud in deze periode en het viel niet mee het huis warm te krijgen. Daar moesten we bovendien extra voor betalen dmv een muntenapparaat wat we van te voren niet wisten. Ik miste ook een koffiezet apparaat. De warm water voorziening was ook niet optimaal, het duurde lang voor er warm water was en dat hield op een bepaald moment, tijdens het baden, ook gewoon op
