The Verano Azul complex is an enclosed, compact development conveniently situated at only 500 meters from the Burriana beach and a 15 minutes walk to the town center. There are few supermarkets nearby as well as restaurants. This particular property is a lovely 2 storey house with 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with a separate utility room, a shower room with toilets and a good size lounge with access to a pleasant private walled terrace. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is south facing balcony off the main bedroom. This property has WIFI and air conditioning. The complex has 2 swimming pools for the exclusive use of the guests as well as nice gardens.
