You’ll have full access to all areas of the apartment. However, on some occasions, we may limit certain services to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

According to Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before entering the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the visitors’ details.

Due to the unique nature of our properties, including houses, apartments, and villas, our standard check-out time is at 11:00 am, and check-in time is at 3:00 pm. This interval allows us to ensure thorough cleaning and any necessary repairs for an optimal experience. Although we don’t have dedicated teams for each property as hotels do, we strive to be as flexible as possible.
