Fabulous Return Visit

It was really nice to stay here again. Clean, comfortable and so well equipped. We love the roof terrace for beautiful views over Nerja and down to the sea. We look forward to staying again. Thank you Peter.

Lovely spacious property

As advertised, lots of space for our family of 6. A real home from home. Good pool just behind the property. Everything you need, online shopping delivered from local Mecardano and buses to beach and town from right outside the complex.

Fabulous 3 Bed Villa

This is villa is exactly as described, clean, spacious and great for a family. Our one month stay had no issues whatsoever with the property and the complex. The pool was a good size and the kids pool was perfect for out infant. The complex is on the outskirts of Nerja, up the hills, so it would be beneficial to have a car if staying for a decent amount of time. Saying that, the local bus stops right at the complex. Peter was a great host, super responsive to emails and always willing to support us on our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience

Nerja is beautiful place and staying here made it even better experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood and perfect for family with kids. Communication, checking in and check out was super easy and we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to our next visit there. Thank you for making us feel like home.

Wunderbare Woche in Nerja

Tolles Haus, im Grunde alles wie beschrieben. Viel Platz im Wohn-/Essbereich, komplett ausgestattete Küche. Im Obergeschoss drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Doppelbett, teils etwas beengt, alles mit Klimaanlage. Schöne Terrassen, die obere mit tollem Blick. Da kann man auch mal einen Entspannungstag ohne Ausflug verbringen. Kleines Manko: Die Klimaanlage dient im Winter auch als Heizung, was vor allem im Wohnbereich nicht sehr effektiv ist und das Bad nicht erreicht. Schaltet man ab, wird es auch schnell wieder kalt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, Wohngegend. Der Pool der Urbanisation war im Winter geschlossen, im Sommer scheinen Spaßgeräte wie Luftmatratzen und Bälle unerwünscht - ist ggf. zu bedenken. Zum Supermarkt oder einigen Bars/Restaurants kommt man vielleicht noch zu Fuß, ins Zentrum von Nerja oder ans Meer ist es schon ganz schön weit. Das haben wir aber vorher gewusst und hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Belle maison pour les vacances

Très jolie et grande maison très bien équipée, joli vue sur la magnifique piscine, terrasse et rooftop parfait, jardins très bien entretenus. Location un peu loin de la mer vu le dénivelé pour s y rendre à pieds. Les points d amelioration serait des volets totalement occultants dans toutes les chambres et une télévision qui fonctionne même si ce n est pas une priorité en vacances. Precisons que le voisin est très pointilleux sur les regles de la residence et n hésite pas à vous rappeler à l ordre sur les règles. Néanmoins très bonne impression générale.

Välordnat, fräscht och trevligt

Vi hyrde Peters hus under två veckor för vår familj med tre barn. Huset ligger högt upp i staden i ett privat och lugnt område med gemensam pool. Huset var utrustat med allt man behöver och var mycket fräscht och trevligt. Hög standard. Allt fungerade bra och vi fick snabbt hjälp när wifi tillfälligt slutade fungera. Poolområdet var väldigt uppskattat av våra barn och det var vackert med växter och blommor, välstädat och det låg bara ett par steg utanför vår grind. Man kunde nå mataffären och staden till fots utan problem, men i värmen med små barn är det inte att rekommendera så hyrbil var bra för oss. Jag rekommenderar varmt att bo i Peters hus. Fin utsikt från terrassen!

Fabulous Stay

Peter's house is the nicest we have stayed in, in Jardines De Nerja. The house was spotlessly clean and ready for our arrival. The house is comfortably furnished and we slept very well. Communication with the host was easy and he responded to our emails promptly. We were impressed when we contacted him late on a Friday evening with a slight problem with one of the AC units, he arranged an engineer the next day (Saturday) and our problem was fixed. We had no issues with the decent Wifi and we all managed to connect and use various devices. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimmimg pool within the complex was very inviting. Two sets of keys are available which is very handy if you are sharing with adult family groups who like to do different things. I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home and as soon as we can book our flights for next year we will make another booking. Thank you for a lovely stay Peter.
