2 bedroom townhouse in the town of Nerja completely renovated, has a communal pool, with capacity for up to 4 people, located 15 minutes from the well-known Burriana Beach and only 1 Kms from the bus station of Nerja.
The master bedroom features a small balcony with mountain and sea views. The single bedroom is oriented to the interior of the urbanization, overlooking the pool and gardens.
The house has a master bathroom with bathtub on the upper floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The living room is very spacious and has access to a terrace where you can enjoy watching the sea or the mountains.
