Great Christmas Break

We were impressed with the service offered by Casasol. From the initial enquiry through the booking and the greeting at the apartment everything was carried out promptly and professionally. On our second day there was a problem with the shower, the hose had perished. I called the office in Nerja and staff came to repair the problem within 30 minutes. I felt this was an excellent response. The apartment was situated in a quiet but central area which meant accessing shops, bars and restaurants was easy. The sea views were great and the sunrises and sunsets were magnificent. Thank you Casasol. The heating function of the air conditioning unit in the sitting/dining room was not overly efficient in that I could get much warmth from it. However that may have been due to me not operating it properly. However the unit in the bedroom was very effective. Overall though, this did not spoil our enjoyment of the stay.

Perfect Stay

This apartment is the perfect home away from home during our trip to Nerja. The beds were very comfortable, the dining room and kitchen were lovely, the living room furniture is adequate, there is a balcony with a view, and there were plenty of dishes and supplies. We never wanted for anything during our stay. The location of the apartment is steps away from everything you could want or need - beaches, the Balcon, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Oh, and the neighbours were kindled and friendly but not nosy. Whenever we needed assistance or had questions, the Casasol Staff were always professional, prompt and helpful. The only issue we had this year was with the weather and no one can control Mother Nature. At least we had a cozy and comfortable place to stay in out of the cold, wet and windy weather. But when the sun did shine, there is no better place to be to get away from the snow. Thanks to all the kind people at Casasol. We hope to see you all again. the written information in the apartment so guests don’t have to call the office quite so often. Like I said, the living room furniture is adequate but not very comfortable when staying indoors for long periods.
