Cosy one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the picturesque town of Nerja.

This welcoming holiday rental is located on the first floor of a small family-type building made up of two apartments that share a rooftop terrace.

The recently refurbished property is made up of a double bedroom, a comfortable open-space living and dining room area, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and a full en-suite bathroom with shower.

There is air-conditioning and heating throughout the property, as well as hi-speed Wi-Fi.

Both apartments in the building share a comfortable rooftop terrace to enjoy the wonderful microclimate that Nerja enjoys all year long. The rooftop features sunbeds, a sitting space, as well as a shower to freshen up during the summer heat.

While located in the heart of the historic center of Nerja and minutes away from the beach, it is conveniently nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the town, in a quiet area.
