"location and accommodation met our needs but attitudes of staff were close on hostile - perhaps they'd had a bad day? Useful stop off point or base for access for long and short hikes. "

"Quite comfortable and well equipped. Nice big bed, jetted tub, balcony and good kitchenette. It is in center of Plan, in center of valley. Friendly welcome. My third stay; I like it."

"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater. The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."

"I really liked this small hotel in the epicenter of Vielha. Can not beat it in this hotel-filled town. Park free in the big city lot just a few meters away and walk. I am returning tomorrow for more of this comfortable and friendly place."

"The hotel is modern with 5 min walk to the center. View over looking Vielha is amazing. However sound isolation could be further improved to have a more comfortable stay."
