"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. "We stayed in Cognac for a few days and when I the booked this place it looked perfect but upon arrival there were some issues that prevented a 5 star review:The good: great location, quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, the bed was comfortable plus having a hot tub after a 9 hour drive was great.Needs improvement: the shower and sink area is open to the room offering no privacy. There were only sheer window coverings that allowed anyone to look in, if there had been instructions on how to use...
