"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). "Overall this location was great for our long weekend trip. Very clean and had everything we needed. I will say the only downfall that visitors should be mindful of is parking was very tight. If you have multiple vehicles or a bigger vehicle there is very limited space and not any other parking options near by that aren’t doing so at your own risk. We had a great stay. "
