"The property manger Sameer made our trip so comfortable and pleasant . He went out of his way to provide us excellent information about nearby places to visit and have food . He even provided us with brunch !!! Such an hospitality is rare to find . The place was clean but little noisy during the early hours due to arrival of pilgrims. "

"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "The location and overall appearance of the hotel is good. However, the room we stayed (first room on second floor) had a couple of dozen bugs in the room. We had to turn the lights in the room off and left only the bathroom lights on during the night hoping to attract bug away from us. We also had to use towels to block the bottom of our door to prevent more bugs from coming in from the hallway. Next morning we found a lot of dead bugs right outside of our room which was a horrible scene....

"Descent guesthouse in a good location near enough to everything but not loud and crazy. Within a 15 minute walk to bus station, 5-10 minutes away from food choices and banks etc. For this price hotels would be in worse shape so better to stay here. Shared shower and bathroom which were never cleaned i dont think. "
