The house was very dirty inside. Driveway was horrible, had to use 4 wheel drive to make it up the driveway to the house. Loud barking dogs next door. Back sliding door did not close or lock properly. Construction materials all over outside. Extremely overpriced for what it is. A budget motel would of been a better experience! Would not recommend this house to anyone.

Good budget, pet friendly stay within minutes of the beach. Somewhat scared of reviews but found the deck and bathroom nicely updated! Very quiet neighborhood complete with deer and a peek a boo lake view. The house was clean and well stocked. The yard could use some additional cleanup (construction materials) and the side fence was not totally secure for our small pup but offered good space. We did find that the back patio sliding door glass was broken upon our arrival but communication with property managers was great. Overall, it was a comfortable, short stay.

Horrible roads alley on a hill, wash boarded, big pot holes, then you turn in to the house drive way again on a very steep hill. Dog next door antagonizing our dogs and owner encouraging it. House unmaintained, over grown with weeds, cant see the lake, house and all covered in spiders and webs, nicest thing there was the deck but still covered in spider webs. Inside floor falling in and flooring in the living room coming up and broken by the front main door. High and low spots all over. No proper door to come in the back only a sliding glass door through a bedroom. Bed frames are made out of pressed wood. One bed really hard and one so soft you are in a hole. None of the pictures shown are accurate. Shows bigger and on flat ground, and it is not in the least bit. All furniture is cheap and worn out. No table outside and rickety chairs only. No cooking means for outside. Curtains broken on sliding glass door wont close, on backwards, no view to the lake as shown cause everything is not maintained and over grown. They must not believe in insect control. All pictures shown are a severe misrepresentation of this place....false advertisement and very misleading. I have so many more pictures of this dump.

Horrible place, Not welcoming with cob webbs all over the deck. The whole place was dirty, the veds are Horrible and the yard is discussing. Don't stay here

Great stay!

It was a great property to come down and stay at for our coast get away. It was super close to the lake and we had a great time. The deck was a bit iffy but other than that we had a great time!

Filthy. Mold and Heavy Cigarette Smoke

We did not stay in the house even one day because it was so dirty and there was mold in the refrigerator, around the baseboards, the couch had dark stains, slats missing in the sliding glass door, oven not cleaned and the stove exhaust was filthy. The house smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. We rented the unit for the entire month of September- over $5,000 and we have requested a refund.

Comfortable and very quiet place, with everything you ever need

The place is very comfortable - they even have a long bathtub (which is very important for tall guests :) ). It is also quiet and somehow isolated from neighbors - very good if you want some rest from people. The beach and parks are in a short driving distance. Also you can get to Lincoln city from back road, avoiding the traffic on 99.

Clean and dog friendly

The home was well located in Lincoln City (not walkable to the beach but near an inland lake), it was clean, and we very much appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. The gravel drive leading up to the house is in rough repair, and the steep driveway with a large vehicle a bit tricky to navigate but it was doable for us. Overall we had a good stay.

Cute cottage

The cottage was clean, and it was close to what we wanted to do. The driveway, and road to the house were very rough. Glad I ha an SUV. The front door knob was broken, but the property manager came to fix it.

Good last minute accomodation

Pictures were deceiving relative to the actual condition of the place. Ants were mentioned in the reviews, but we assumed that the problem would have been take care of before more guests used the property - ants got into our pet's food. Ants are a definite problem at this location. We needed a last minute place to stay for our family with a dog and this place was a welcome opportunity for us.

Needs to be cleaned better!

Ants, ants everywhere. Even when there is no food or drinks in the house. Carpet- Stains happen especially with animals allowed. But when a little bit of water spills and the white towel you use to clean it up comes back brown.... that shows us that this house isn’t well maintained. This next problem is a little bit funny but it could potentially cause someone harm. The shower curtain rod fell on us without anyone or anything touching it. The only upside was the backyard was a nice size for our large dogs. Not worth the rent/ cleaning fees we paid for unfortunately.

peek a view

You had views of the lake out kitchen window and front room windows. Things were not perfect but what comes with that is stress free. We had our parents along with our older dog. What was nice was a secured safe back yard. The house was very cozy. sometimes being at the coast it can be hard to stay warm. Thank you for sharing your space with us

Nice place

The backyard has old branches from the blueberry bushes. So my dogs had to walk on them. The yard is mud when it rains or snows. We stayed 10 days. It's a nice house. Quiet neighborhood but the road, driveway, backyard is a joke. Then at 1057am the person that had to clean it kept driving by. I know it was close but we couldn't check into the other place until 4pm. We were locals who sold their house. Only reason we stayed there. If stay again.

Quite disappointed

My partner and I stayed with our fur kids at Lee’s Place. To start - it’s a good thing we have a larger vehicle to get up the unpleasant road to the house. The photos of the house were very misleading. The floors had stains all over the carpets. There were stains on the ottoman. There was no kitchen table to sit and eat at and there were ant traps on the ground in the kitchen that our dogs could have easily gotten into. The backyard was covered in thorns from the blackberry bushes that had been cut down. Overall, very unimpressed with how much money was spent to stay here with such a poor experience.

House could use a good cleaning

House was dirty when we got here. Bedding had long hairs in the bed and noticeable ant traps everywhere. Had to go to the store and purchase raid at one point to keep the ants away. Also bought bleach to wash bedding and wipe down counters. When I called the property manager she brushed it off and said we have an ant problem because of the sand and she’ll send maintenance over. Very disappointed in the way she acted.

Not worth the money

No provisions in the kitchen like foil, plastic bags, etc. Very uncomfortable couches, card table for the dining area, horrible driveway. Definitely not what we wanted.

Terrible preparations for our stay

1. Front porch has rotten boards that could be very damaging to anyone. 2. Backyard not mowed, could not sit outside in back.3. Tub, little insects in tub. Shower liner was filthy and possibly moldy in last 4 inches inside tub. 3. Insects in tub and on bathroom floor, and under dining room table. The book for enjoying our stay was terrible. TV instructions were for a completely different system - took 2 hours to figure out TV in LR and TV in bedroom did not work. We do not recommend a stay until all of these items are corrected. Info in book was inaccurate because there is no dishwasher. Password sent to his for the key box was wrong and we had to call property manager. This stay was for our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was not enjoyable in the house. We welcome any contact to discuss this. Prop. mgr/owner should check this out before cleaners come in. Caulking in tub looked moldy, entire tub should be replaced. Cobwebs on ceiling/walls and baseboards were filthy. We made decision not to take a shower.

Family enjoyed the stay

Our family came to visit the Oregon coast for a few days. The location of the house was great, just five short miles from Lincoln city and the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the backyard, it would be better if they cut the bushes back and put up a privacy fence to replace the chain link as the neighbors had aggressive dogs.

We had good time at lee's place. Dogs did great. Road does suck but we had a Durango and it was fine. Perfect for what we needed. We will be back
