"We chose this property because we’re a large family on a budget trying to attend a wedding in the area without staying at a casino. What a fantastic find! Our kids (ages 5-11) loved the cozy matching bedspreads, comfy couch, indoor & outdoor games, and the path down to the river. They also loved the novelty of bunking/eating/hanging out together in one large room. Mom loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking big meals and dining in all together. There was plenty of seating and table service...

"Fantastic property. Updated amenities. Cozy and quiet. There is a lot to do around it. Bentonville, Buena vista, Eureka springs, beaver lake etc are all within a quick drive. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. "

"The property was nice. I’d definitely say it’s more for to host a couple and not a family. There wasn’t enough couch space to lounge and hang out for our family of 5. Kitchen, living room and master are all up stairs. Stairs are steep so plan to use your muscles to carry everything. Location was beautiful and 10 minutes away from where we floated. Hot tub was broke when we came, that was a bummer. It was clean and rustic. Private location."
