Supermarket 300 m, bakery 450 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 650 m, railway station "Sion" 16.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 350 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 350 m, skisport facilities 400 m, ice rink 300 m, children's playground 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 1.6 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Partly renovated in 2024, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace. 1 small room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the terrace, west facing position and south facing position. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 small room with 2 beds (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, west facing position, large garden. Partial view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), in winter at 20 m. E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only.
