"The property is brand new and looks very nice. Big room(we got the classic room, the simplest one ). Had a problem with the lighting that didn't work and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. Also , on the website ,they say there is daily cleaning (and change of bedding every 3 days written inside the room info) but they didn't clean or change the bedding until the 4th day after we emailed them twice. One of the emails we sent about the lights not working did not get answered . So the room...

"Modernized interior with mini splits to keep us cool after sightseeing all day. So spacious and clean with an elevator, laundry room (0.40 korunas per machine), and double-pane windows. The front door of the hotel is separated from Prague Main train station by a park and a playground. Excellent location! "

"My family and I recently stayed at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague for our vacation, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! This hotel is a true gem, offering everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, with excellent transport connectivity that made getting around Prague a breeze. We had easy access to all the key tourist attractions, including the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle, which were just a short walk or quick tram ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone in our family. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague, whether for a short getaway or an extended stay. "
