"I've been to Rome many times and the staff here have to be the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in all of Italy. We stayed in one of the Annex buildings which was right near the Spanish Steps. Great location. Beautiful very large room with a large newly renovated ensuite with double shower and double sink vanity. Upmarket room. Our bags were taken and collected from our room back to the main hotel entrance and a luxury car ordered to take us to the port. We could not have been happier. 10 out of 10. Will stay here again next time we come back."

"Centrally located, easy to get a taxi. Close to station and metro. Rooms a good size. Hotel was on main street so noise from road and restaurants and pubs were loud along with noise from corridor. Bathroom well appointed but tub shower combo with taps in the way are not ideal especially in slippery bath that took ages to drain and the tiled floor that was slippery when wet They need to upgrade their mattress's they had dips in them and you just sank into them and hard as concrete. We had breakfast included and only once was any of it warm, nothing worse than cold bacon and scrambled eggs. The hotel is nicely decorated as it is old, but the rooms need updating along with the need to charge electronics, only 1 usb port and that stopped working after a day. The hilight were the finches in the garden watching them cleaning up after breakfast, they obviously don't mind cold food."

"Exceeded expectations. Our room was absolutely beautiful! Loved the enhanced lighting. Bedding and pillows are luxurious. Lovely modern bathroom and shower. Perfect location just blocks from Piazza Navona and Victor Emmanual Monument. Within walking distance to Trastevere where there are amazing restaurants. We were allowed an early check-in as our room was ready early. If we ever visit Rome in the future we would gladly stay here again."

"The Ruby Giulia Hotel in Rome was a stunning property. It is in a great location for tourists to be able to get around easily. The staff is all super friendly. The rooms are immaculate, It was the best hotel I’ve stayed in over the last 10 years of travel. I highly recommend it."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe. The hotel was clean and updated. Room was a great size. Bathroom was quite large for European standards. The AC worked great. The staff were so helpful. The location is a bit outside the main sights but that made it quieter and more relaxed. I would definitely stay here again."
