"Check in was very simple. As soon as we walked in I noticed how clean and nice smelling the cabin was. The bathroom especially was an upgrade from my last glamping experience. I appreciated the S'mores kit and firewood which is included with the resort fee. I appreciated how the marshmallows were vegan, something that is usually overlooked. They still melted exceptionally well. The staff were very responsive via text and allowed us to have a late check out. Next time I'll probably book the cabin with just the one queen bed in it as it could be a tight space unless you are traveling with children. My husband, at 6'1" had a bit of a challenge getting up to the top bunk which we didn't especially need, but I got because I was a little worried in terms of safety and being in a bed right next to the large window. Once I got there, I realized there was nothing to worry about and I wouldn't necessarily need that other bed up high. They provide all the cooking utensils you need, the fridge is a decent size. Foil is also provided. A kettle too if you want to make tea or coffee. Their toiletries are great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and it's clear the staff here really take into consideration your experience and work to make it as pleasurable as possible. "It’s a nice new hotel. Right across the street from Wal-mart but doesn’t feel like it. It’s clean, new and close to OU. We booked another night a few months away while we were there!"

"We had a fantastic time. Margot and John were wonderful hosts and my 5 yr old loved helping out with the chores. The cabin is as described and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked. Margot dropped off her homemade goat cheese and bread and it was a real treat. We absolutely plan to return again next year!"

"We had a great time hiking the trails and coming home to a clean, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere at the kick back cabin! The cabin is tucked away from every day life and very private. We brought food with us and stayed in during the evenings. It’s the perfect place to unwind, sit outside, and read a book. We brought our dog and the fenced in area was super convenient early in the morning. We just wish we would have stayed longer!! We’re very thankful to nick and Shannon for making our stay such a great experience. Luke, Brooks, and I hope you have a great summer! We hope to stay there again one day."
