Luskin Lodge is one of the best positioned apartment buildings in Port Stephens directly on the waterfront. It has direct access to the pristine Shoal Bay Beach and uninterrupted views to the headlands.
Park your car (or your boat) in the garage and enjoy living by the beach! Wake up in the morning and eat breakfast on the sunny verandah before going for that morning swim. Then take a short walk, either along the beach or paths to Shoal Bay and have a wander around the boutiques or have a morning coffee in one of the many cafes. Spend the afternoon relaxing inside this comfortable apartment taking in the views or go for another dip.
This top floor apartment is positioned to take advantage of the private return balcony which allows you to enjoy the morning sun and escape the afternoon heat. The apartment also has windows on three sides which allows great views and lets the light in.
Relax and unwind, Luskin Lodge will more than meet your expectations!

Parking: Single garage with an extra high clearance to allow for boat parking, you can park the boat in the garage and the car in the car space provided).
Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
