"Beautiful property, spacious, well appointed room and great location. It was especially nice to have quality dining options onsite including a cafe, and walking path along the lake. I would gladly stay here again but would request a second floor room as my only disappointment was the “view” of an SUV parked in front of my room’s window (reminiscent of a motor lodge though the property is anything but)"

"We stayed in the Sycamore Room and it was beautiful. Very well cared for with every amenity provided. A was very welcome as it was hot in Nelson during our stay. Staff was very accommodating as we showed up early on a motorcycle and needed a reprieve from the heat. Parking is limited but free if you get one. Also this place is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs. There are a lot of stairs! We have stayed here for our last three visits to Nelson and will definitely stay here again. "

"The home is beautiful with each suet having a view of Kootenai Lake. We enjoyed sitting on the little patio overlooking the mountains and the lake and breathing the fresh air. The suet was very well appointed with gorgeous floors, lighting, fireplace, luxurious bedding."
