"The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were also really nice and even did a wash load of clothes for us for $10. There was an appropriately sized television, toiletries, and unlimited tea and coffee by a kettle. in terms of the area it was down a street with rats, although there was rats everywhere in Colombo. "What a great place! Nicely furnished, clean & comfortable. The owner is FANTASTIC & she makes a yummy breakfast every morning. Everything that you need is nearby, restaurants, bars, live music, shopping. The beach is directly across the street. You can also use the facilities of the resort across the street for 2,000 rupees per day. This includes beach chairs, towel, pool, wi-fi, restaurant & bar. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Sri Lanka. "
