" Pennylane hotel is a great place to stay in lower tapovan, great location, close to the cafes, restaurants, markets and the ghat, ganga river. What made it even more great, it is located in a quiet street away from the busy loud road. The rooms are clean and spacious, with Mountain views. There is a roof terrace and a cafe in the garden which gives chilled relaxing vibes. There is also a yoga shala and pottery studio on the rooftop. I extended my stay about 3 times as I enjoyed it there so...
