We booked 2 rooms online having never been to the hotel. So upon arrival we checked into the rooms and immediatly noted a foul smell and loose ceiling tiles. The odour was a musty mouldy smell. I had a discussion with the manager he advised me that nothing was wrong with the rooms and some people are just too fussy when it comes to smells? He refused a refund and said we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights as is their policy. We did not stay.

My wife booked it as we usually stay somewhere else. The carpet is terrible and the top bedding got spray not washed. Really needs renovations as it is as expensive as the nicely renovated property not far from there. Very friendly Asian gentlemen at check in
