"The host was very nice, he unfortunately doesn’t have a good cleaning crew. Master bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was overflowing trash in the back yard. There were a few more issues the cleaning crew didn’t take care of. He was apologetic but you hate to have to clean the whole time you are there. Hopefully he finds a new crew."

"This place is nice and quiet - we needed a large kitchen and this worked out quite well! The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! There are a few small items left (painting a few trim pieces and such) for a perfect stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!!"

"The house was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the was trash still in the trash can. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed at tons of VRBOs and never left a bad review, sad to do so for this property."

"We loved this hideaway! Very spacious, super clean, well stocked, quiet, safe and private was our experience. Enjoyed looking out the many windows to see dozens of deer calmly grazing and ducks roosting near by. Just 11 minutes from the Brazos River State park which is a must see. Relaxed on the front and back porches. A really nice get away. Would definitely stay here again without question. Sure beats the city traffic, hotel elevators and crowded parking lots. Thanks!"

"The house is spacious and generally in good repair. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is fine, and the house was clean and properly stocked. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. "Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place.
