Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.

Excellent location and very clean room. Grateful for the fresh snacks upon arrival.

Situated on Hauptstrasse (Main Street) in old town Heidelberg. It as good to walk every day just as the Germans do. Shops were okay, but plentiful. Also close to Heidelberg's main historical attractrations, the Schloss (Castle) and the Alte Brucke ( the old Bridge). Room comes with a complementary breakfast which, from my earlier experiences, is typical German. The hotel s restaurant dinning facilities were not open the 6 days we were there. Clean, modern, large rooms, free garage parking, 100 meters from a tram station providing quick and easy access to center city Heidelberg.

Since it's small, it had a more intimate feel. We loved how close it is to the many Christmas markets, old bridge, Philosophers' Walk, and old castle. Taking bus 32 from the train station drops you right at the hotel! We would stay here again. We stayed in December and it was plenty warm.

Wow, right outside the famous Heidelberg towers and our rooms over looked the bridge and the river! Perfection. Beautiful old world sitting room to grab a coffee and wait for the rest of our group! We were so lucky to be there for Christmas Markets. It was perfect

Excellent location with spacious parking im the back. Very spacious room with large cabinents you can lock (keys provided) Very friendly stafg that speaks English. Excellent restaurant in the bottom, good free breakfast. Very German town.

The hotel is in a great location - right by the bridge and castle. The room was huge and we could have stayed there for weeks, it felt so comfortable. Restaurant has the best food in town.

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to fuel up to start a day of sight seeing. One thing would have made our stay more enjoyable. As English speaking travelers, we would have enjoyed a better variety of English channels on the TV. Lovely , modern hotel in a great location just on the edge of old town. It is a a bit of a walk to the castle if you have mobility issues but not an issue for us, as we like hiking/walking and the multi-lingual staff will assist with calling a taxi if needed. We had a junior suite on the top floor that has a balcony with a city view and it was perfect for 2 adults & a teen. Major plus was functional air conditioning in October!!! We stayed at other hotels in Germany & France that advertised air...

This was the first hotel on a 2 week trip with 9 other friends. Only one other hotel compared with the great quality. The front staff was great, rooms large, solid breakfast, good bar, easy parking, and lots of eating choices within a medium walk /short drive. While this was a pass through location, we will stay here again if we stay in the Heidelberg area.

This was a wonderful place in every way. The people there were very helpful and friendly. The room was charming and big, perfect for me and my 22 year old daughter (two beds on opposite sides of a big room). Breakfast was good, and you can't beat the location. No elevator (I imagine most hotels in Heidelberg are the same) and we were on the 4th floor, but this was fine for us (considering we also hiked up the Philosopher's Way and such).
