"The property is beautiful. The house as well. If it wasn't for the fact we left the dogs at home with a sitter, I would never want to leaveThere's a calming energy here. Peaceful. The deer were my favorite thing by far of the trip. They nestle at night on the other side of the driveway. It's amazing how well they coexist with their human neighbors. Totally unfazed. Every morning we had coffee with mama and baby. My husband was sick the entire time so we didn't get to adventure, but the property is so relaxing it didn't even matter. Patrick was great. Very patient with me texting him. Very polite. The whole experience was a delight and he would love to come stay again. My only two complaints were my husband being sick and we didn't get to experience any bears lol.nothing at all to do with the property and host Thank you Patrick for allowing us to use your beautiful home. 10/10 ,"

"Our family of 7 adults and 2 young children had a perfect vacation here. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, the kayak, the canoe, bbq, fire pit, community beach and pool. Jose was very responsive to our requests. Some updates are needed to justify the high cost. These were communicated to the owner."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we loved it. The house has everything you might need plus all the little touches that make it feel like home. It’s private and in a quiet area where deer come to graze. There are tons of fun activities nearby like hiking, kayaking, and swimming. We definitely would recommend this place!"

"The home was exactly as described and we found it even better overall than expected. The surroundings are peaceful, full of beauty, and the amenities are wonderful. With one of our kids recovering from an injury, we had plenty to do with the game room and backyard fire pit. One nice touch was having a fan and sound machine in all the bedrooms plus the TVs were awesome everywhere. We had a great relaxing week! I highly recommend the Adventure Sports for kayaking or rafting on the Delaware."

"Three generation family vacation. Everyone had a great time. The game room was a big hit and we all enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake and sitting around the firepit making smores. The kitchen was fully outfitted. Oleg answered all our questions guickly."

"The house was very clean. The host was very responsive. My only feedback would be there was only 1 small spoon so we had to buy plastic spoons and the front yard needed some curb appeal- lots of weeds and the address marker was falling over but I’m sure that can all be easily addressed. The back yard was great and the inside was perfect!"

"The property was clean, secluded, full of different things to do! Hot tub, game room, cold plunge, sauna, and more! We saw a black bear very up close! The lake was so pretty our kids and dogs enjoyed it! It’s definitely a great vacation spot! The host was super polite and accommodating! Thanks everyone! "
