"Booked a 3 night stay for a quick family trip. The room was clean & check in was quick. The only downside was housekeeping, we had to call multiple times for things we needed restocked. Towels eventually came after we called a 4th time but toilet paper never got delivered.. We ended up just having to wait to be restocked until they came to clean our room after our 2nd night. Overall it was a good stay hopefully housekeeping will be better next time."

"This is a lovely property. The layout of the cabins is allows for privacy and at the same time sense of community. The cabins are well appointed and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The location is ideal for participating in outdoor activities, or just lounging around enjoying nature. Beware that many of the cabins are a fair distance from the available parking. My only quibble is the mandatory $35.00 dollar " Resort Fee" I would far prefer that the rack rate be the actual...

"We really enjoyed the great location of this unit. We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc). "Host is amazing and responds quickly to any inquiries. This was my third time staying here with the Ackerman's as host. They are the best! Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!"

"This unit was recently renovated. The brand new foam mattress of the sofa bed is super comfortable. The Van Sickle State Park is right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay - hiking in the morning, hanging out at the pool in the afternoon and playing some table games at Harrah’s next door in the evening. A perfect vacation.
