"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. "Only stayed one night, rental was very easy to find in a very remote peaceful location. Travelling with our dog so wanted to be in the countryside. Rental had everything needed, comfy bed and good shower. Didn’t really use kitchen but looked more than fully equipped. It is very remote but that’s what we wanted.."
