"Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. "Where do i start. Vendor failed to notify us of access code. No communicarion what so ever. Contacted you guys and you could only do the same as me which was to try reach out to the vendor. I had never heard of VRBO before and i will most definantely not be using you again. Why would you let vendors like this smear your name . Lost 176 as couldnt get in the building ! "
