"Excellent backdrop and location and in excellent condition with a massive room. Reception staff were amazing as was the breakfast buffet and service provided in the morning. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room however and the bar service closes at 11pm. The prices on the bar menu were outdated and therefore bill was higher than expected. "Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."
