"I was pleasantly surprised at the service. After booking last minute for a cancelled flight, I received instructions very clearly on how to enter the place and make my self settled. There was a hiccup (bursted pipes) and I didn’t have water but they provided enough water bottles to help get me by. I did request a refund thinking it would be a battle but they responded quickly and provided a refund due to the inconvenience. America would have said “not our fault” or find another way NOT to refund me. Well done Athens Airport Living Spaces. "
