"The whole experience is incredible from the moment you walk in the lobby door for the first time, to the moment you leave. The staff and concierge are incredibly resourceful. The amenatires are wonderful, especially their breakfast Buffett and their strip of the beach! We will definitely be coming back!"

"It is very beautiful property and meticulously managed. The ground is very clean and room is very clean as well. They have housekeeping three times a day so they constantly stop by and make sure room is cleaned. Breakfast has lots of options and staffs are very friendly. I really enjoyed to stay."

"Hotel Staff all very friendly and helpful Breakfast was perfect, nothing really that was missing. Rooms cleaned well every day, AC worked well. Location perfect, short walk to the harbour and bus station. Nothing to complain about, fantastic hotel and within a very reasonable budget. Thanks for the stay!"

"So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!"

"👍das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell; die Lage ist sehr gut, da kurze Fußwege zu zahlreichen Tavernen, einen kleinen Strand und über eine schöne Promenade zur wunderschönen Altstadt; traumhafter Meerblick von der der 4. Etage oder höher (auf höhere Kategorie mit Meerblick achten); das Frühstück war okay 👎die Tiefgarage (Auforeis 10€/N.) ist selbst für geübte Autofahrer eine Herausforderung-ist sollte man nach meiner Erfahrung unbedingt nur mit einem kleinere Fahrzeug wie Kia Picanto o.ä. reinfahren, da diese Tiefgarage sehr eng ist; nach unserem Bedürfnis fehlen im Badezimmer Haken und im Wohnbereich weitere Ablagen für Kleidung)"

"Our second time dating at Cretan Dream and it won’t be the last as we plan on coming again in 2027. The amenities, atmosphere, and attention to detail are bar none to any accommodations we have experienced in Europe. Spyro and the front desk staff were incredible. Toula and her sweet husband anticipated our needs and made sure we were always “in the know” for meal service and events. Cretan Dream also provides several weekly experience nights including: tomahawk steaks, Cretan night with music and dancing, and a seafood feast. Bravo to Petro and his brother for an incredible establishment. Can’t wait until 2027!"
