"The apartment is renovated and has code locks which is super convenient. There is a laundry facility on site, walking distance to multiple stores, grocery, bakery, etc. There is a very cute little backyard. There is a reapot and coffee maker, fridge, and an electric stove with all you need to cook a dinner. I really loved the black out blinds. The minuses include a very strong smell of smoke inside. "Villa Orama was a nice surprise! Very clean and tidy. Sheets, towels fresh and clean. The kitchen in excellent condition and the fridge new and working as supposed. The bathroom was big with a bath cabinet with glass doors. The bedroom had a nice big wardrobe. The garden and the seaview are amazing. BBQ is a plus! Aggeliki and Manos are very polite and helpful. Would definitely choose it again! Thank you Aggeliki ! Hope to see you soon!"

"Beautiful location on the water. The unit contains all amenities you would need, not to mention a wrap around balcony overlooking the water and boardwalk below. The spacious boardwalk is great for walkers and runners. Sämtliche Schränke, Schubladen waren komplett belegt mit Kleidung, Wäsche etc. und in der Küche lagerten uralte, verschmutzte Lebensmittel (mindestens 25 Pakete Nudeln).Eigene Lebensmittel fanden keinen Platz.Unsere Kleidung konnten wir nur auf einem Tisch ablegen. "I traveled to Thessaloniki for work and loved my stay here. The building is well-located in a beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes from the waterfront. "Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhiger Lage, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Garten ist schön gepflegt. Mann kann draußen sitzen und seinen Kaffee genießen wenn es noch nicht so heiß ist. Die Außendusche hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das ist sehr praktisch mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und was auch wichtig ist, sehr schnell. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! "

"Property was dirty and unclean. Kitchen wear couldn’t be used, lots of cobwebs and found all sorts of mess from empty alcohol bottles to mushrooms on the floor in various rooms. Bathrooms was dirty and we spent a lot of time complaining and cleaning before we felt comfortable. Was charged £150 for cleaning but not sure why, as the property was clearly not cleaned before we got there.
