"Beautiful village setting, amazing spa and helpful staff"

"Lovely, family run apartments. Great pool and the staff are so friendly. Great pool area and lovely varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Short car ride/taxi ride up into Polis or down to Latchi Harbour. Would definitely recommend."

"This Villa is so beautiful & kept very clean. You do very much need a car as approximately 40 minute drive to Paphos Harbour & 30 minute drive in the other direction to Polis! The scenery around the Villa is stunning & is also very peaceful apart from being there when the Hunting season started on Sunday 24/08/25! The pool is an amazing size & good depth only thing the family found was the slope in the pool from shallow to deep end was constantly very slippery and the Roman steps into the pool was also slippery & felt it would be a good idea to put a handrail there! The only other thing we found was the hanging space in the master bedroom wardrobe was not suitable it had hooks pushed into the above shelf jotted around & was very awkward to hang clothes also the downstairs bedroom had no hanging space in the wardrobe at all! Communication with Katrina & George was superb & replied back to you almost immediately! Our family from Plymouth and us from Luton met at Paphos airport & spent 2 weeks at the villa and must say we have made some fantastic memories and had quality family time together! George popped round at the end off our first week cleaned the pool & did a couple off jobs, he brought us a lovely cake (and believe me it was so tasty) and picked some peaches off the trees for us, well they were beautiful tasty & juicy (Thankyou George) Hecalso provided all clean towels, bedding etc x Will definitely be returning as absolutely stunning "

"Great location with sun all day in the garden. Great view of the sea and the sunset. Spacious villa, 3 good size bedrooms. Owner Demi was always on hand if you needed to communicate with her. Pool area was nice and there was plenty of space for all the family to relax. Used the bbq a few times. Kathikas the village is also a nice little village. It's a peaceful location away from the busier tourist spots, but can quite easily (if you have a car) get down to the beaches and towns of Paphos on the one side and Polis on the other. Would recommend this place to stay."

"Great place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean and sits apart from nearby hotels and bars which make its a peaceful place to stay. The breakfast eggs were fresh and the coffee (which I judge all hotel breakfasts by was strong). I'd stay here again!"
