"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Apartment was a good size with all modern amenities. Only real criticism I had was there was barely any toilet paper and no bags to dispose of waste. It was after 11pm when we arrived so didn't want to go and find a shop at that time. Host was lovely and answered my every question promptly prior to going. Without doubt it was value for money"

"The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Terrance was big and private. We hadn’t realised that Nissi Beach was quite the party town it turned out to be. It was noisy over the 2 weekends we were there but midweek was lovely. We found the Garens Restaurant to be the best place to eat. Good food, great service and pleasant ambiance."

"We had a great stay, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We made great use of the loungers and BBQ. The only downside is the kitchen equipment. It is not in very good condition and really needs to be replaced. Karen and David were a very nice, helpful couple."

Property Owner and Management very attentive, accommodating and very very helpful. Restaurants, bars and beach a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, beach gorgeous. Paul, property owner helped arrange transfers from and to airport which was gratefully appreciated. Certainly would request renting again, with the hope of returning next year, 2020. "I stayed in superior apt 2 bed rooms balcony seaview. Each bed room also had a private balcony.It was very clean.Spotless.Very Homely. Attention was paid to details. The lady I met was very helpful and friendly. The view is expectional and panoramic. Location very central clubs are especially the after party club is walking distance. The apt is slightly hidden off the main so you are central yet private and not noisey. Rooms had AC. Improvements perhaps black out blinds and microwave. A flight...

"Excellent location to beach, restaurants & shops. A little tricky to initially find since there is a Silver Sands Beach Hotel 1 minute by walking away and this place is Silver Sands Penthouse. We decided not to rent a car because they drive on the left side of road and local buses are only €1.50 each way. Beach lounges are only €2.50 a full day and Fig Tree Beach, a 5 minute walk has the best sand, clearest water anywhere. The penthouse has a perfect view and a professional management. We highly...
