"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy.
