"The staff were nice and the room was clean, however, the mattress had huge sags in it. It was so bad, I was stunned by it. The staff knows, but their hand are tied. The mattress was so saggy that the bed could not even be made properly. I can sleep anywhere, so I managed. I was in room 154 on the corner and it would be impossible to make this mattress worse. "Towels were terribly stained--what most of us would use as cleaning rags. I asked for cleaner towels, received them, but when housekeeping came in the second day of my stay, they replaced them with stained towels. Also, the floor was not cleaned thoroughly, sticky in places. And the room smelled of sweat when I arrived. Bed and bed linens were fine, air conditioning unit quiet."
