There is no front desk 24/7 since its not a resort, so you speak to him through WhatsApp. Although it may seem weird to some, its actually much easier and he is there all the time when you need him. In addition, the breakfast is ordered in this same way and it is delicious. The rooms were so well kept, the amenities and the views were perfect. We enjoyed the friendly driver who handled our tranport. When I had a problem with a change in time on our ferry ticket, he quickly transported me to the Ferry ticket office to resolve so I could get to my ferry on time. The breakfast was spectacular. This hotel is in a quiet part of the island. However, it is also very close to two incredible beaches that you have to walk into. I would recommend a car if you are staying at this hotel as it is far from other things. The breakfast is delightful and the staff really care about you and the other guest."
