"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

"The location is amazing, just on the ski slopes. With kids, it makes life very easy The apartment was not very well hoovered and we found quite a lot of hair on the floor. The available hoover did not work so we could not really clean the floor ourselves. The water in the bath gets drained far too slowly."

"The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped, the linen was good, the kitchen a good size and nice bathrooms. The view was also lovely to wake up to. It is close to the main lift and although a walk up a slope, nothing too taxing. The parking accommodated our large van. The communication was also very good. Nothing!"

Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée ce qui aide beaucoup quand on est nombreux. La vue était superbe. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était parfait."

"We stayed as a family of four for which the apartment is very comfortable, occupancy with six should still be good, eight is pushing it. The apartment is on the ground floor so people coming up from the street walk by your living room and bedroom window. "We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt. "
